MAGNOLIA — Due to winter weather conditions in the Shreveport-Bossier City area, Southern Arkansas University has delayed its Muleriders on Tour event originally scheduled for 6 p.m. tonight at the Bossier City Lions Club building. The event has been rescheduled for 6 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 18 at the same location.
Muleriders on Tour is a gathering for alumni and friends of Southern Arkansas University.
