MAGNOLIA—James E. Reppert, associate professor of mass communication at Southern Arkansas University, received the Presidential Award for Communication Excellence at the Kentucky Communication Association Convention, held September 11-12 at Kenlake State Resort Park, Hardin, Kentucky.
The award is not given every year. The Kentucky Communication Association president and executive council select a recipient following special nominations from members.
