Former Murphy Oil Corporation CEO to speak at Southern Arkansas Universityaiborne P. Deming, retired president and CEO of Murphy Oil Corporation headquartered in El Dorado, Arkansas, will speak at Southern Arkansas University at 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, February, 18 in Business 208 in the Business Agri-Business building.
Deming, 54, retired from the company in December 2008. He remains a member of Murphy’s board of directors. With annual revenues of $4 billion, Murphy Oil is the third largest publicly-traded company in Arkansas.
Deming’s presentation about business is open to the public. His address is part of a month-long series of seminars teaching financial literacy. The seminars are sponsored by Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE)/Phi Beta Lambda (PBL).
