MAGNOLIA, Ark. —Three Southern Arkansas University students who met registration requirements have won prizes because of their diligence.
To be eligible to win one of the prizes, the student can not have a prior balance, must pay the required amount with awarded aid, outside scholarships or personal payment, and submit the signed statement of account to the business office. The contest shows the rewards for taking care of your business can be very profitable.
The winners of the contest are Jared Sparks, first prize winner of $1,000 scholarship; Jennifer Eley, second prize winner of $500 Follett Book Card; and Carroll Bryant, third prize winner of a $100 Wal-Mart gift card. These students were randomly drawn from all the students who had registered and locked their schedules by the pre-pay deadline.
