Sixteen international students from Southern Arkansas University, Magnolia, were recognized during the second annual recognition ceremony for graduating international students sponsored by the International Student Association (ISA).
The recognition ceremony is held to pay tribute to the accomplishments of the international students at SAU.
“We, at the ISA, have witnessed the hard work and dedication of our graduates,” said Pradeep Sapkota, a sophomore finance and accounting double major from Kathmandu, Nepal, and president of the ISA. “We think SAU has given them the necessary knowledge and has helped them develop the skills to succeed in the real world. “It is an honor for me to speak at this recognition ceremony that celebrates their achievements,” said Tucker.
