Southern Arkansas University art students Lera Black and Holly Roomsburg won the right to have their designs displayed throughout the city of Magnolia courtesy of the 2016 Leadership Magnolia Banner Art Competition. They were recognized Saturday, April 23, 2016, at an Earth Day celebration in downtown Magnolia. Watson Athletic Center.
