Why is the van not on time?
Scheduled service frequency is approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond the driver’s control.
What happens if the van gets full before completing a route?
The van would head to campus or the next stop where most people are trying to go to create more space than resume the normal route.
