Joann Kaar

Joann Kaar (she/her) is an Assistant Professor of Theatre at Southern Arkansas University. Having received her B.F.A. in Theatre from SAU, she is a Mulerider at heart. Joann has also received a M.F.A. in Theatre-Directing from the University of Southern Mississippi. Professor Kaar teaches Acting 1-4, Fundamentals of Acting, Acting Studio, Directing, Stage Management, and others. She has directed such shows as: Fiddler on the Roof, Dogfight, Bright Star, Hedda Gabler, and All My Sons, as well as many others.
