Dr. Miguel A. Abrego Tello is an analytical chemist with a background in both chemistry and chemical engineering. He completed his Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry at the University of Arkansas in 2024. His research focused on electrochemistry at microelectrode arrays, redox-magnetohydrodynamic (R-MHD) microfluidics, and computational modeling of electrochemical systems. In the lab, he works with electroanalytical techniques and a variety of spectroscopic and chromatographic instruments. In the classroom, he has taught and supported general, analytical, and instrumental chemistry courses and enjoys helping students connect theory, instrumentation, and good lab practice. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and is interested in building safe, inclusive, and well-organized teaching laboratories.
