The Southern Arkansas University Band program offers a variety of ensembles, degrees,  and instruction to help students discover and pave their own journey in music. To assist students in this journey, scholarships are available to all students regardless of their major. 

Students receiving a band scholarship are required to participate in the Mulerider Marching Band and a spring  concert band and/or chamber ensemble, be enrolled full-time, and maintain a 2.00 cumulative GPA. Scholarships are also available year-round for students wishing to participate in Colorguard.
