Presentation Equipment & Setup
Presenters should clearly communicate any special equipment needs at the time of registration. Computer projection systems for PowerPoint presentations will be available in all session rooms.
All PowerPoint presentations must be saved on a USB flash drive and loaded onto the session room computer prior to the start of the session.
Presenters using PowerPoint must arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of their session to load and test their presentation.
Oral Presentations
Oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes total, including 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions.
Abstracts are required for all oral presentations and must be submitted by March 1, 2026.
Poster Presentations
Posters should be no larger than 42 inches in width and 42 inches in height for optimal display.
Poster sessions for all disciplines will be held on Saturday morning.

Abstract submission and registration are completed online. Be sure to submit both your abstract and registration form before the deadline.
