The Helpdesk serves as a single point of contact for all information technology services and is staffed 8 hours per day (8am-5pm), 5 days per week (M-F). Southern Arkansas University students, faculty and staff can contact the Helpdesk regarding any computer issue including e-mail, hardware, software, networking, University Computer Accounts, computing labs, and other services.
Students, faculty, and staff can submit desktop support requests, user training requests, and questions, by telephone, email, or in person at the Helpdesk Office.
