Southern Arkansas University is committed to prompt resolution of complaints in a manner consistent with the SAU Sexual Harassment and Workplace Violence Policy. You do not have to complete the online or printed form\u00a0to receive assistance; however, your submission\u00a0will be used so that we can be certain that all necessary steps for\u00a0a resolution have been completed. This form is to be used for reporting to the Title IX Coordinator.\u00a0Please feel free to attach additional sheets of information if you believe they are necessary. In addition,\u00a0please provide any documentation in support of your claim.<\/p>\n

If you believe you have been sexually assaulted, harassed, or discriminated against by any member of\u00a0the SAU community or while participating in a college sponsored activity, you are encouraged to\u00a0bring it to the attention of the Title IX Coordinator and\/or other University official.<\/p>\n

You can also seek assistance or just learn more from any member of the SAU Title IX team<\/a>. Team members will assist you with your situation and review reporting options available to you.<\/p>\n
