\nImproves the quality of life for children aged 8 to 18 (and their families) thru prevention, education, case work, and counseling by providing temporary shelter, maintenance, care and treatment to neglected and abused youth, youth at risk, adjudicated delinquents, and families in need of services.\u00a0SAYS has a mentorship program and mentors must be over the age of 21.
