Faculty and staff can submit a physical plant maintenance request or work order online by clicking the button below. SAU Physical Plant Maintenance Requests may include the need for repair of broken fixtures, lighting, ceiling issues, door/lock/key requests, heat/air, event setup requests and more. You will be asked to provide contact information, location and description detail, and will be able to upload images or supporting documents if needed.
