Here are a few examples:<ul><li>ABCD1234_001251s<\/li><li>ABC_1234_032<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One section is designated as the\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8220;Destination Course<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.&#8221;<\/span><\/li><li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">All student enrollments from the other sections\u2014called\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8220;Source Courses&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u2014are combined into the parent shell.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This setup helps instructors manage their courses more efficiently while maintaining accurate enrollment records.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1383\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1383\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Course Information &amp; Start Here Module<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1383\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1383\"><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Verifying that your course information is updated, including using the newest SAU syllabus template, revising your course schedule, and checking that your contact information is current, is essential to quickly guiding students to the information they need. <\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">All Blackboard course templates include three default course modules:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Instructor Resources<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">: This module is hidden from students and contains many editable items to help meet SAU&#8217;s Quality Assurance requirements. The items in this module were developed using many of the Quality Matters rubric standards to help courses meet a large portion of the requirements for QM course certification. <\/span><\/li><li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Start Here\/Orientation:<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> This module should help students familiarize themselves with course expectations, rules\/policies, and how the course is structured on Blackboard. While reviewing your test and assignment submission settings, be sure to check the Blackboard Ally Accessibility Score to see what issues can be easily fixed and note what items need more attention.<\/p><p>You will need to update your visibility and due dates for your course content. You may need to check <a href=\"https:\/\/saumag.video.yuja.com\/V\/Video?v=12865176&amp;node=55839115&amp;a=75033797\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">release conditions<\/a> separately if you apply multiple rules or release content by groups. You can click &#8220;Edit Release Conditions&#8221; next to the content&#8217;s name.<\/p><p>Finally, as we&#8217;re finalizing our transition from VidGrid to YuJa, please take a few moments to open any videos posted to your course to be sure that they are working and playing in YuJa&#8217;s media player.
