Problems with Blackboard?
The eLearning Online Course Support Center provides students and faculty with 24 x 7 technical support. This resource allows the user to contact the support center via email, chat, and/or phone.
For email support, click “open a ticket.” After you submit the ticket, a member of the eLearning Online Course Support Center staff will respond to you by email or by phone. Email responses will occur 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, usually within four hours.
