The\u00a0ceremony will include all fall 2020 graduation candidates, and all candidates\u2019 names will be read aloud during the ceremony. There are 199 undergraduate and 103 graduate candidates for graduation. Dr. Scott White, Honor Professor and acting dean of the College of Science and Engineering, will deliver the keynote\u00a0address. Commencement will be streamed live on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/SAUMuleriders\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SAU Facebook page<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_8495\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/news\/files\/2020\/11\/Dr-Trey-Berry-Graduation.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8495\" class=\"wp-image-8495 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/news\/files\/2020\/11\/Dr-Trey-Berry-Graduation-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/news\/files\/2020\/11\/Dr-Trey-Berry-Graduation-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/news\/files\/2020\/11\/Dr-Trey-Berry-Graduation.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-8495\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Graduation candidates attend the Fall 2019 ceremony at SAU.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>All candidates should begin to assemble on the SAU Track north of Wilkins Stadium at 8 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>SAU will follow CDC guidelines for the ceremony. Face coverings must be worn by every attendee\u00a0over the age of 10. Guests should enter the stadium through the home (west) entrance gate and will be directed to an appropriate seating area. Seating will be designed for social distancing, and guests are asked to comply with marked areas.<\/p>\n<p>Guests are encouraged to dress for outdoor temperatures and to bring plenty of water to hydrate. Temperatures can vary significantly during November, so guests are advised\u00a0to check the forecast prior to the ceremony. Guests are asked to not scream or yell to prevent potential viral spread. Those who yell may be asked to leave the stadium.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a very special time for our University,\u201d said Dr. Trey Berry, SAU president. \u201cOur students and our faculty have met the challenges this semester has brought due to all of the unknowns of COVID.
