The Professional Association of Diving Instructors is the largest and most prestigious training program in the world. The course consists of classroom, pool sessions, and open water checkouts (Lake DeGray). Minimum age is 10. Whether you want to expand your fitness skills or develop them; this class is perfect for you!<\/p>\n Yoga Fusion<\/strong><\/p>\n Traditional postures for stress relief and restoration mixed with power flow and core. This SAU exclusive class will provide a fun blend of yoga that\u2019s a low impact workout combined with strength and stretching. Whether you need to work off tension, increase your strength, or simply relax, this class is perfect for you! Class is suitable for all experience levels.<\/p>\n Real Estate Workshops for Brokers and Sales Agents<\/strong><\/p>\n These workshops have been approved by the State Real Estate Commission for seven hours of continuing education credit. Danny Been, Principal Broker with Danali Real Estate and Arkansas Real Estate School will host two workshops.\u00a0 The first workshop is for active brokers while the second workshop is for sales agents.<\/p>\n Sugar Cookie Decorating \u2013 Autumn Theme<\/strong><\/p>\n This course is an introduction to the art of decorative cookies. The instructor will explain the basic cookie decorating tools, bags, and tips. She will demonstrate how to properly outline, flood, and decorate cookies. You will get to practice basic outlining, flooding, and decorative piping on Fall themed cookies. The fee includes 1 dozen cookies and take home icing.\u00a0 Class size is limited to 12.<\/p>\n Maximizing and Protecting Your Wealth Series<\/strong><\/p>\n Would you like to know how your money actually works? In these classes we will teach simple philosophies behind the elements of protection, savings and growth, thereby helping you achieve maximum financial potential as opposed to just short term goals. Each session will concentrate on one area of your financial world during the accumulation and\/or distribution phase and Illustrate the reality of how money actually works, simplify financial complexities, allow you to own your financial journey, and position you to maximize and protect your wealth through processes that instill financial clarity, and allow more financial confidence. Class minimum is 6 students.<\/p>\n Youth Studio Art Workshop<\/strong><\/p>\n Youth will be involved in a hands-on 1 1\/2 hour art experience with drawing, painting, and 3-D art using various media. All materials supplied. The workshop will conclude with a Youth Artists\u2019 Reception. Class size is limited to 8.<\/p>\n Weavin\u2019 Down South: Chair Weaving Basics<\/strong><\/p>\n Learn to weave seat bottoms and stool tops in the colonial fashion using fiber rush material. Each participant will make and keep a small foot stool and learn how to weave a fiber rush top on that stool. The basic weaving techniques learned in this class can be applied to stools and chairs of various sizes.
