There will be an actor talk back session after the play on Oct. 8. Tickets can be purchased at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.showtix4u.com\">www.showtix4u.com<\/a>. Patrons can purchase individual tickets for $5 on the website or a season pass for $25 by calling SAU Theatre at (870) 235-4291.<\/p>\n<p><em>Our Town<\/em>, written by Thornton Wilder, is a three-act play that revolves around a small fictional town called Grover&#8217;s Corners. The play tells the everyday life stories of its citizens from the beginning of 1901 to 1913. This show\u00a0is the first of a series of productions presented for SAU&#8217;s 2016-2017 Main Stage Theatre Season. Following\u00a0<em>Our Town<\/em>\u00a0is\u00a0<em>You&#8217;re a Good Man, Charlie Brown<\/em>\u00a0showing Nov. 17-20, 2016;\u00a0<em>Dial M for Murder<\/em>\u00a0on Feb. 9-11, 2017; and Disney&#8217;s\u00a0<em>The Little Mermaid<\/em>\u00a0April 20-23, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Southern Arkansas University offers Arkansas&#8217;s most affordable Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performing Arts with studies in Musical Theatre and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performing Arts with studies in Theatre. SAU&#8217;s BFA in Musical Theatre started the fall of 2015, and it entails a complete theatre and music curriculum based on the National Association of Schools of Music.
