His book <em>Digital Leader<\/em> helped him be voted the second most-Likeable Author in the World behind Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling.<\/p>\n<p>Qualman\u2019s recent book <em>What Happens in Vegas Stays on Youtube<\/em> is being adopted by top universities and global brands and was nominated for the 2015 Pulitzer Prize. He has spoken in 44 countries with companies such as Coach, Chase, Sony Playstation, IBM, Facebook, ADP, Starbucks, Raytheon, Chrysler, TEDx, Nokia and Google. He has shared the stage with such prominent speakers as Al Gore, Peyton Manning, Julie Andrews, Magic Johnson, Malcolm Gladwell and Bill O\u2019Reilly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re very excited to have Erik Qualman as our guest speaker for this year\u2019s Murphy USA Lecture at the Rankin College of Business,\u201d said Dr. Lisa Toms, dean of the Rankin College of Business at SAU. \u201cErik is one of the youngest speakers we\u2019ve had for our lecture series, and he\u2019s talking on a subject that is of interest to our students those in business.
