\"Tom<\/a>Take a free trip this week through the eyes of a professional wildlife photographer to see such destinations as Turkey, Greece, Rome, and Glacier National Park.<\/p>\n

Photographer Tom Ulrich is scheduled present his latest collection of images at Southern Arkansas University from 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, February 12-13, at the SAU Reynolds Center Foundation Hall.<\/p>\n

This is Ulrich\u2019s twenty-second wildlife photography presentation at SAU. This event is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n

Along with images from his global travels from 2013, Ulrich will also share photographs from the bird migrations of South Texas.<\/p>\n

\"Tom<\/a>A freelance photographer since 1975, Ulrich is highly acclaimed around the world for his nature photography skills. Many of his more than 100,000 transparencies have been used by numerous magazines and other publications, including National Wildlife<\/i>, Audubon<\/i>, Outdoor Oklahoma<\/i>, Sierra<\/i>, American Hunter<\/i>, Ranger Rick<\/i>, Alaska<\/i>, National Geographic<\/i>, Montana Outdoors<\/i>, Life<\/i> and many others.<\/p>\n

He is also responsible for publishing seven nature books: Mammals of the Canadian Rockies<\/i>, Birds of the Canadian Rockies<\/i>, Mammals of the Northern Rockies<\/i>, Birds of the Northern Rockies<\/i>, Once Upon a Frame<\/i>, Photo Pantanal<\/i>, and Mt. Reynolds: The Story<\/i>.<\/p>\n

\"Tom<\/a>Ulrich\u2019s visits to Magnolia are not only a precursor to the coming of spring, but they also give us all a peaceful escape into the world of photography, understanding wildlife behavior and traveling to exotic lands.<\/p>\n
