ABIS had a 70 percent increase in paper submissions and a 32 percent increase in attendance under Oswalt\u2019s leadership as program chair for the 2005 conference. She also served as secretary\/treasurer for 2003-04.<\/p>\n<p>Oswalt joined the College of Business at SAU in fall 2003.
