\"\"Mr. Ochs has been teaching for 37 years and has been with SAU since 1991.\u00a0 Specialty areas include ceramics, photography, and decorative concrete. He earned his MFA from Ohio University and his MA from the University of Illinois. Some of his recent work includes The Cuban Streets<\/em> taken in Artemisa (2016) and Havana (2018) while helping build a relationship between the University of Artemisa and SAU. Concrete murals were also created at both of our universities by Cuban faculty and students. We Don’t Talk About It<\/em> focuses on ceramic collaborations between art professors. It is a playful escape and a creative response to art without the formal analysis and interpretation that professors do every day in their classes.<\/p>\n

Steven has published numerous articles about creating and marketing decorative concrete, photo-documentation, and has been a performance artist and presenter at the World of Concrete, Concrete D\u00e9cor Show and Bosch Tool events.<\/p>\n
