This is a legitimate email and a necessary step to take to control Microsoft licensing and secure the SAU network systems.\n\nIf you are unsure how to create a personal email account, we\u2019ve recorded a video to demonstrate that process here: <a href=\"https:\/\/use.vg\/RgGN3i\">https:\/\/use.vg\/RgGN3i<\/a>\n\nUnfortunately, there is no easy way to export your mailbox from Office 365. For most users, we recommend forwarding only important messages from the school account to a personal account. We can administratively initiate an export that will generate a .PST archive of the mailbox. We will provide this PST file to you over a secure OneDrive share; you will need to download the file within 7 days of creation. It will be up to you to save this PST file and either add it to your mail program as an offline archive or upload it to your cloud mail provider.
