You must use the \u201cValid From\u201d date printed on your <em><strong>STEM<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0EAD card.\u00a0 The SEVP portal also lists these dates to better ensure students know when to report.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What do I need to report?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-fancy su-spoiler-icon-caret su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span> Every 6 months you must report:<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<ul>\n<li>Your current address- This must be your residence, not a mailing address somewhere else.\u00a0 Please update your own address\u00a0 in your SEVP Portal.<\/li>\n<li>Employer&#8217;s information (Company name, address, supervisor)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-fancy su-spoiler-icon-caret su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span> 12 Month and Final (24 Month) Reporting<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<p>Students are required to submit the Evaluation section of the I-983 form (page 5).
