We are excited to welcome all of our new SAU Muleriders!<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\">Fall 2025 Orientation<\/h2>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;margin-left: 10%;text-indent: -5%\">\n<p><strong>Orientation Date:<\/strong> August 14, 2025<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: -5%\"><strong>Time:<\/strong> 2:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: -5%\"><strong>Location:<\/strong> Online Via Zoom<\/p>\n<p><strong>Classes Begin:<\/strong> August 20, 2025<\/p>\n<p><strong>Earliest date to Arrive in the U.S:<\/strong> July 21, 2025<\/p>\n<p><strong>Last date to Arrive in the U.S<\/strong>.: August 26, 2025<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>During orientation, you will have the opportunity to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet current SAU students<\/li>\n<li>Complete immigration check-in<\/li>\n<li>Register for classes and speak with advisors<\/li>\n<li>Arrange payment for classes<\/li>\n<li>Familiarize yourself with SAU, American culture, and Immigration policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Please make sure to click on each tabs below!<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"su-tabs su-tabs-style-modern-light su-tabs-mobile-stack\" data-active=\"1\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-tabs-nav\"><span class=\"\" data-url=\"\" data-target=\"blank\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Registration<\/span><span class=\"\" data-url=\"\" data-target=\"blank\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">University Health<\/span><span class=\"\" data-url=\"\" data-target=\"blank\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Student Accounts<\/span><\/div><div class=\"su-tabs-panes\"><div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"Registration\">\n<p>It is <strong>mandatory<\/strong> to attend the Orientation Session. \u00a0Failing to attend orientation will delay your registration for classes and could cause complications with your immigration status.<\/p>\n<h4>What to bring to Orientation:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Copies of your passport ID and U.S. F-1 visa page<\/li>\n<li>Copy of I-94<\/li>\n<li>Completed <a href=\"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/international\/files\/2015\/12\/International-Immunization-Info.-Sheet.docx\">Medical History Form<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>If you have these documents make sure to bring them:<\/h4>\n<p>4. Immunization information \u2013 Proof of MMR Shot<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Proof of US insurance<\/li>\n<li>If known, bring your US address and phone number<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"su-button-center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/international\/students\/incoming-students\/graduate-orientation\/grad-orientation-registration\/\" class=\"su-button su-button-style-default\" style=\"color:#FFFFFF;background-color:#2D89EF;border-color:#246ec0;border-radius:10px\" target=\"_self\"><span style=\"color:#FFFFFF;padding:0px 26px;font-size:20px;line-height:40px;border-color:#6cadf4;border-radius:10px;text-shadow:none\"> Register Now<\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Please make sure you are connected to a printer before registering!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>ONLY SUBMIT ONE FORM<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"University Health\">\n<p>You must review the Immunization Information Sheet, to familiarize yourself with the current regulations. You must print out the <a href=\"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/international\/files\/2015\/12\/International-Immunization-Info.-Sheet.docx\">Medical History Form<\/a> and bring the completed form with you to orientation.<\/p>\n<p>You must bring proof of the MMR injection (in English) to our university on the day of orientation.<\/p>\n<p>Transfer students must bring proof of any MMR, T-spot (Quantiferon TB Gold Test) they may have received at a previous school.<\/p>\n<p>Students who do not plan on signing up for Lewermark Insurance through the University must complete the Insurance Waiver form online<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"Student Accounts\">\n<p>Funds can be sent before you arrive or once your class schedule is made.\u00a0 Tuition and fees will be applied to your student account once you are registered for classes.
