{"id":5587,"date":"2026-04-13T09:41:14","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T14:41:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/human-resources\/?p=5587"},"modified":"2026-04-13T09:41:14","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T14:41:14","slug":"graduate-recruiter-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/human-resources\/2026\/04\/13\/graduate-recruiter-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Graduate Recruiter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Duties: work closely in collaboration with the Graduate Studies Team and individual program directors; lead proactive recruitment initiatives on campus, in and out of state, and online; continual recruitment presence with SAU\u2019s campus-based initiatives, local k-12 schools, cooperatives, industry, and business organizations; maintain presence in high pipeline fields; increase undergraduate awareness of graduate study offerings; engage undergraduates and alumni in further graduate school options; assist in program director meetings to plan and implement marketing\/recruitment strategies for the year; collaborate on graduate fair and recruitment destinations with marketing for social media pushes to target areas\/populations; organize recruitment events locally-i.e. Senior Dinner, Beyond the Bachelors, and other pertinent industry recruitment opportunities as they arise and other duties assigned.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications: formal equivalent of a high school diploma required; Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred; must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and outgoing office environment; must have computer skills in Microsoft Office applications; must be a highly organized team player with a positive attitude. Any marketing coursework or background a plus.
