{"id":5584,"date":"2026-04-13T09:40:36","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T14:40:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/human-resources\/?p=5584"},"modified":"2026-04-13T09:40:36","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T14:40:36","slug":"shipping-receiving-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/human-resources\/2026\/04\/13\/shipping-receiving-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"Shipping\/Receiving Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Duties: maintain central receiving to include processing of purchase orders and p-card orders for supplies and materials, accepting and checking in freight, shipping and\/or returning freight, and ability to pick up parts at area vendors as needed; lifting of objects up to 50 lbs required; ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift; maintain inventory control through use of inventory management software and prepare annual reports for state audits (currently use Accruent Maintenance Connection); take physical count of inventory minimum twice per year; supervise student and other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications: high school diploma required with 3-5 years\u2019 experience in Receiving\/Inventory control; must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of CMMS software; must possess and maintain a valid driver\u2019s license free of restrictions that require installed vehicle equipment pr monitoring devices.
