Duties: perform grounds and maintenance work such as trimming, weeding, mowing, event set-up and other duties as assigned; perform general carpentry, general HVAC, electrical, or painting duties.<\/p>\n
Qualifications: knowledge of lawn care equipment required; small engine maintenance preferred; working knowledge of carpentry and associated tools; working knowledge of HVAC parts; working knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs; working knowledge of painting.
