Duties: provide one-on-one advising for timely degree completion and career development; identify and facilitate internship opportunities with local healthcare organizations; support students in internship applications and conduct related workshops; cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, alumni, and industry partners; organize networking events, career fairs, and employer panels for student employer connections; develop tailored resources and collaborate with academic departments to enhance student awareness and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field required (Master’s degree preferred) strong knowledge of healthcare industry and administration career opportunities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; precious advising or counseling experience is a plus; familiarity with internship and job placement processes.
