Duties: provide total nursing care for students and staff members; assess patient condition and care; perform physical examinations and some lab tests; give injections and clean lacerations or abrasions; dispense medications; report to physicians on patient conditions; provide in-service training programs; and supervise student workers and all other duties as assigned. This is a nine-month full-time position with the provision of PRN during the other three months.
Qualifications: current Arkansas RN license; two (2) years of experience as practicing RN in hospital, physician’s office, or county health facility; ability to work well with medical personnel and patients; supervision, management, and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; CPR certification desired.
