Southern Arkansas University is invites applications for a tenure track position of Assistant Professor of Computer Science in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science. Candidates with background in Cyber Security are strongly preferred.
Duties: Teach undergraduate and graduate level Computer Science courses, particularly Cyber Security; scholarly activities; curriculum development, student advising, recruitment and retention activities; departmental services; undergraduate research, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Doctoral degree in computer science preferred; ABD may be considered; ability to teach undergraduate and graduate students; excellent communication skills, ability to work well with others; strong desire to interact in student activities; commitment to professional development and teaching computer science educators.
