The position seeks an individual to serve in a dual role of enrollment recruitment analysis and recruitment.
Duties: Review and analyze both internal and external recruitment and demographic data; analyze historical and current trends to propose recruitment strategies; plan area events and special activities; coordinate and conduct field visitation for student recruitment in designated region; participate in marketing strategies and reporting; review data entry of prospects and follow up; meet with prospective students and families; advise and give presentations to high school and transfer students; and provide information to school officials concerning educational opportunities offered at SAU. Weekly evening work and extensive travel which may include weekends is required as well as other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in business, communication, or related field required; minimum three years of recruiting experience and CRM software experience required; strong interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent communication skills; comfortable speaking to large groups; extensive computer skills; ability to work as part of a team; analytical skills, ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects, and maintain documentation required.
