Duties: Coordinate and schedule registration appointments for advising staff; maintain advising files/records; assist students with course withdrawals, class absence reports and early alerts appointments; monitor office operations; supervise student workers; respond to walk-in traffic and phone calls; assist director with special programs and events; occasional weekend and evening work is required and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent office and computer experience preferred; excellent filing an organizational skills; strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills; experience with POISE student information system EMAS; Document Manager Imaging and Campus Connect preferred.
