Duties: responsible for front desk reception; answering admission calls; greeting tours; perform clerical and document processing functions; provide problem solving and coordination for student needs with other departments and other duties as assigned. This position will require evening and weekend work during certain peak times of the year.
Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent and two(2) years of administrative secretary experience and training required; bachelor’s degree preferred; excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast paced office environment; have computer skills in Microsoft Office applications; willingness to learn new software.
