Duties: Provide exceptional customer service to clients both over the phone and in person; provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying; maintain electronic and hard copy filing system; perform data entry and scan documents; run department’s errands to post office and offices; prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails; prepare facility request, purchase orders, etc.; schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for staff; maintain office supplies for departments; assist director with special programs, events and research; update the office website; assist in resolving any administrative problems and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred; two(+) years of hands on administrative support experience; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook a must; knowledge of operating standard office equipment; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to prioritize projects; strong problem solving skills; good research skills; attention to detail.
