The Department of Biology at Southern Arkansas University invites applicants for a 9 month, non-tenure track position of Instructor of Biology. This position begins August 2018.
Duties: Teach 15 hours of undergraduate courses split between lecture and laboratory in Introduction to Biology for non-majors, University Biology labs for biology majors and Microbiology Labs targeted to Nursing majors; demonstrate the ability to engage students from across all majors and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Master’s in Biology or related field required; previous teaching experience preferred; excellent written and oral communication skills.
