Duties: serve as assistant to the Executive Director of the Foundation; greet and assist visitors; direct telephone calls; prepare documents, correspondence, presentations, and reports; process requisitions and purchase orders; make meeting and event arrangements; update website; organize document retention; coordinate stewardship plan mailings; coordinate scholarship stewardship for SAU and SAUF scholarship awards; complete charitable registrations in all 50 states; compose Board of Governors meeting minutes; process travel arrangements for Foundation staff and student travel; maintain endowment fund filing system; coordinate Honors Dinner and Board of Governors events; requires occasional evening or weekend work and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor degree preferred, clerical/administrative experience. Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Should be friendly and outgoing, a self-starter with good organization and time management skills. Must have a record of integrity, reliability and professionalism.
