University Court Apartments is a small apartment complex beside Eichenberger Hall and closer to the Nursing and Engineering Buildings. The complex has 18 apartments that each have 2 bedrooms and one bath. Each bedroom will be furnished with a twin bed, dresser, and has a built-in closet. The Living Room will be provided with minimal living furniture also. Students are allowed to bring additional furniture if they desire.<\/p>\n
A small, common laundry room is available for all to use on the 1st floor of the 2nd Building.<\/p>\n
*To be eligible for an on-campus apartment , student must have 60 completed hours (or be 21 years of age) and a 2.25 GPA or 40 completed hours with a 3.50 GPA.
