Registered students must pay or make payment arrangements with Student Accounts to pay tuition & fees by the \u201cPay by date\u201d in mySAU (Campus Connect) to avoid having their schedule dropped. The instructions are below:<\/span><\/p> After your schedule has been saved, you will get a message that says \u201cYour schedule has been saved\u201d or if a problem occurs, you will be provided with a telephone number to call.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Students should contact the graduate program director after admission to graduate school; some programs have additional program admission requirements. Also, students are encouraged to communicate with the program director\/advisor at any point in the program of study for questions or help–they are there to help!<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Students are encouraged to contact the program director or advisor before registering for classes each semester. In some graduate programs, the advisor registers students for courses.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Students are not required to be a full-time student in graduate school. However, please note that to receive a loan through Financial Aid, graduate students must take at least 6 hours in fall & spring semesters and 3 hours in each summer session.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Yes, SAU offers summer graduate classes. Feel free to explore our summer course offerings on the <\/span>class schedule<\/span><\/a> page in mySAU.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Apply as a non-degree seeking student. (see the current online <\/span>graduate catalog<\/span><\/a>)<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t The length of time to complete a graduate program varies depending on the program. For more information, please consult our <\/span>graduate degree table<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Individual classes may be dropped through mySAU by logging-in, clicking on \u201cCampus Connect,\u201d then \u201cRegistration,\u201d then \u201cAdd\/Drop classes\u201d until the 11th day of class of the fall & spring semester or 5th day of summer term. After 11th\/5th day, only Graduate Students are allowed to drop on-line by clicking on \u201cForms\u201d then \u201cStudent Drop With a W\u201d on the drop- down list. To drop all classes for the semester, you can click on \u201cForms\u201d then \u201cStudent Withdrawal Request.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t For a list of programs currently offered at SAU, please consult our <\/span>graduate degree table<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Online courses start the same day as hybrid or face-to-face classes. The Academic Calendar can be found on the <\/span>academics website<\/span><\/a>, or by navigating to the<\/span> campus calendar<\/span><\/a>. The Academic Calendar event category should be enabled by default, but if not, check to make sure it is selected from the category drop down menu. Included in the Academic Calendar are deadlines to add, withdraw or drop courses, as well as important dates for the beginning and end of semesters, spring and summer sessions, holidays, graduation deadlines, etc.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t For graduate school information for international students, please visit our <\/span>International Student Services website<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t To see required books for your course, go to \u201c<\/span>Bookstore<\/span><\/a>\u201d link at the bottom of the SAU home page and click on \u201cTextbooks and Course Materials.\u201d Books can be purchased or rented.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t There are several scholarships that graduate students are eligible to receive.
