Every year, SAU alumni and friends set aside a special day
to celebrate the University and its faculty, staff, and students by financially supporting their future. There is no gift too small! Instead, it is your participation that makes us Better Together.
Together we can achieve MORE!
These pass-through scholarship funds that can be directed as traditional, summer school, transfer, graduate, room and board, or book/ technology scholarships. Supporting a student in this way has an immediate and profound impact on their college experience.
Through giving to SAU’s Greatest Need Fund, you enable the University’s leadership to maximize your contribution and swiftly respond to enhancement opportunities on campus.
Contributions to the Dean’s Fund are put to work immediately to enhance learning, scholarly research and digital exploration. Your gift to the Dean’s Fund provides the Dean with flexibility to adapt to evolving student and faculty needs.
Supporting the Student success Fund will provide pass-through funds to on-campus offices that provide much-needed services to our students, such as the Mulerider Market, Health Services, Counseling Services, Career Services, and more.
Supporting Mulerider Athletics will provide pass-through funds to ensure that our coaches and student-athletes have the necessary resources to come back strong during our next season.

Yes, all donations made to the SAU Foundation are tax-deductible.
We understand that many of our Mulerider family are experiencing financial struggles. No gift is too small to make an impact!
If you make a donation online, you will immediately receive an email confirmation. Your gift acknowledgement will come via mail from the SAU Foundation and will be mailed within a week of your donation. Your official gift receipt will be mailed with your annual statement in January 2022.
Yes, your donation can be made to the area or project of your choice. Select your designation on the online giving form, add a note to your personal check, or let one of our team members know when you give us a call 870-235-4287.
