{"id":108,"date":"2008-09-25T19:11:46","date_gmt":"2008-09-26T01:11:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/finance.southernarkansasuniversity.info\/?page_id=107"},"modified":"2022-03-14T09:31:40","modified_gmt":"2022-03-14T14:31:40","slug":"voyager-fuel-card-policy-and-guidelines","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/financial-services\/purchasing\/voyager-fuel-card-policy-and-guidelines\/","title":{"rendered":"Voyager Fuel Card Policy and Guidelines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Individual Cardholder Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure the fuel card is used only for official business purposes<br \/>\n\u2022 Keep the fuel card in a secure location at all times<br \/>\n\u2022 Not allow other individuals to use your fuel card<br \/>\n\u2022 Obtain all appropriate documentation (sales slips, register receipts, etc.)<br \/>\n\u2022 Reconcile monthly transactions<br \/>\n\u2022 Immediately report lost or stolen cards to the Office of Financial Services<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fueling<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 The state fuel card enables you to purchase fuel at any fueling location that<br \/>\naccepts the Voyager fuel cards.<br \/>\n\u2022 The card is to be used only for the vehicle or purpose to which it is assigned<br \/>\n\u2022 The purchase of personal items such as food, beverages, etc. is strictly prohibited<\/p>\n<p><strong>Card Limits<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Cards are limited to 3 swipes per day<br \/>\n\u2022 Monthly charge limit is $1,000<br \/>\n\u2022 Fuel distribution locations will vary in the total single transaction limit allowed.
