Title IF financial aid includes the Federal Pell Grant, Federal SEOG Grant, Federal Direct Loans, Federal Stafford, PLUS and Perkins Loans and Federal Work-Study programs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conviction of Drug Possession<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Students convicted of drug possession are suspended from eligibility for Federal<br \/>\nTitle IV Aid for<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">\u2022 One year on the first offense<br \/>\n\u2022 Two years on the second offense<br \/>\n\u2022 Indefinitely on the third offense<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conviction of Drug Sales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Students convicted of drug sales are suspended from eligibility for Federal Title<br \/>\nIV Aid for<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">\u2022 Two years on the first offense<br \/>\n\u2022 Indefinitely on the second offense<\/p>\n<p><strong>Early Relief from Suspended Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A student\u2019s suspended eligibility for Federal Title IV Aid may be lifted if one of the<br \/>\nfollowing conditions exists:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">\u2022 Satisfactory completion of a drug rehabilitation program that complies with<br \/>\ncriteria established by the Federal Department of Education.
