\nThe meeting was called to order by Houston Taylor. Josh Kee made a motion to accept the minutes with a second by Jeramy Langley. <\/p>\n
\nThere was no old business.<\/p>\n
\nLesley Walthall reported that the Student Affairs Committee had met. 28 Who\u2019s Who applicants were reviewed and 15 were awarded. Four groups asked to be recognized on campus and all were approved.<\/p>\n
\nLaTricia Davis reported that the Academic Affairs Committee had met. Approximately 270 items were passed at the meeting.<\/p>\n
\nThere was no new business.<\/p>\n
\nUpdates were given on employees who have been mentioned in the past meetings that have been facing serious illnesses. These employees still need to be remembered in our thoughts and prayers.<\/p>\n
\nHouston Taylor noted that new lights had been installed on the east side of the walking track. Wilma Williams reported that new lights will be installed in front of Reynolds soon. Also new lights will be installed in front of the Business Building to the new Science Center in the future. <\/p>\n
\nThe motion to adjourn was made by Jeremy Langley and seconded by Eric Plummer. The next meeting will be on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in Reynolds 205.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
