\n-At this time there are twenty-two active cases on campus, one staff member, four quarantined
\non campus
\n– No spread within the classrooms
\n-90.5% of faculty fully vaccinated
\n-87% of staff fully vaccinated<\/p>\n
\n– Fall: Up by two students
\n– Spring: Enrollment looking good, getting a lot of graduate applications and international<\/p>\n
\n– Will hit right on the nose<\/p>\n
\n– 2022 looking into a permanent change for test optional (students admissions will be based on
\nGPA not ACT); Still up in the air but looking at going permanent with taking GPA instead of
\nACT scores for admissions.
\n– What\u2019s next committee: STAY OUT FRONT!! This new committee will consist of new ideas
\nto keep SAU out front of others and wondering what is next. Will need several to serve on this
\nnew committee.<\/p>\n
\nApproved August 2021 minutes (Jennifer F, Marissa G)<\/p>\n
\nSouth Eastern Oklahoma State (location: possibly the mall area); will need donations to complete
\nthe project
\n-Look-up campaign: will start working on a date (possibly late October or beginning of
\nNovember) and handouts
\n-Will look into other service project ideas later
\n-Will need volunteers to help with planning the look-up campaign<\/p>\n
\nThe next staff senate meeting will be October 20, 2021 via zoom
