The Staff Senate met on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at 2:02 p.m. in Reynolds 205. Senators in attendance were Brad Stout, Deana Taylor, Britta Clark, Jodie Westfall, Jonathan Gray, Jake Dunham, Melody Mayo, Julia Nipper, Laura Wilkerson, Victor Moore, Michael Westbrook, Barbara Torrence, Daniel Grimmett<\/p>\n

Start time:<\/strong> 2:02 p.m.<\/p>\n Approval of Minutes<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n September 16, 2015 Minutes. Motion was made by Jake Dunham to approve minutes, second made by Jodie Westfall.<\/p>\n Motion carried.<\/p>\n Membership Update<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Patricia Williams-Left Physical plant and moved to Human resources.\u00a0 There will be a special election within the President\u2019s Unit, will have new senator for November meeting.<\/p>\n Old Business<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Mission statement review- Compared original and the proposal, disccussion held.\u00a0 Jake motioned to put \u201cfree\u201d back into our mission statement, Barbara Torrence second.
