Dr. Amin earned her PhD in Health Innovation from Macquarie University, Australia, where she studied the social influences shaping electronic cigarette use, and a PhD in Public Health from Universiti Putra Malaysia, focusing on osteoporosis prevention. She also earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from Mymensingh Medical College, Bangladesh, and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from North South University, Bangladesh. Before joining SAU, she was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Hawai\u02bbi Cancer Center, where she worked on public health informatics focusing on cancer prevention. Dr. Amin\u2019s research focuses on tobacco prevention, emerging nicotine products, and digital health interventions, emphasizing social media influences and evidence-based public health strategies. She has published her research widely on topics such as the influence of social media on health behaviors, telemedicine adoption, digital cessation tools, and cancer-related health behaviors.
