Duties:<\/b> The Event Set-Up Crew is responsible for assisting in the preparation of event spaces to meet client and organizational requirements. This role ensures that all furniture, equipment, technology, and materials are set up and functioning accurately, safely, and on time to support successful events. Key responsibilities include setting up and breaking down event spaces according to floor plans, diagrams, and event specifications; arranging tables, chairs, staging, and equipment; loading, unloading, moving, and transporting event materials and supplies; and ensuring that event spaces meet safety, accessibility, and cleanliness standards. The crew coordinates with the Director and Assistant Director to ensure smooth event execution. Event Setup Crew performs last-minute adjustments before and during events as needed. Additionally, team members inspect equipment and report any damage or maintenance needs and assist with the storage and inventory of event supplies after events.<\/span><\/p>\n
