Please let us know if you are having problems at home or school. We are here to help, but we can\u2019t help you if we don\u2019t know you are struggling.\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Communicate with your instructor if you have a circumstance preventing you from meeting your due dates. For example, an illness or death in the family.<\/li><li>Study time \u2013 College courses require more time<\/li><li>Study in your daily study hours<\/li><li>Do not fall behind in your coursework.<\/li><li>If you fall behind, please communicate with your instructor and counselor. Each instructor will give you a syllabus, and any questions about the class will be found in it.<\/li><li>Please study your course syllabus and write down important assignments and test dates. Read it entirely on the first day of class, mark down all the critical due dates, contact information, etc.<\/li><li>Make sure you log into Blackboard every day and stay on top of announcements and deadlines. It\u2019s recommended that Concurrent students log in every day Monday-Friday to stay on top of announcements.<\/li><li>If you do not log in, your instructor will notify the concurrent office and the early alert office, and we will then reach out to you.<\/li><li>Instructors can see how often you log in to BB and how many minutes you spend in the session.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Academic Integrity<\/h4><p>There are plenty of resources available to you. If you are struggling with a course, communicate that with the instructor. We do not know your struggling unless you let us know.<\/p><p>You can read more about the <a href=\"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/academics\/dishonesty-and-integrity\/\">Academic Integrity policy here<\/a>.<\/p><h4>Concurrent Forms<\/h4><p>Each student and parent completed two concurrent forms in addition to admission.<\/p><ol><li>The Student\/Parent Agreement form explains the responsibilities of both the student and parent. The student portion outlines expectations of academic integrity, rigor of coursework, and adherence to University policies. The parental consent form allows us to offer you concurrent classes. It explains what concurrent courses mean for the student, expectations, and University policies that parents need to be aware of.<\/li><li>The FERPA form allows us to release your grades to your counselor and parents, but it does not allow them to communicate with your instructor on your behalf. That is YOUR responsibility.<\/li><\/ol><h4>View Grades<\/h4><p>Students can view their grades for each course via Blackboard in the student gradebook.<br \/>Unofficial transcripts, 4-week, Midterm, and Final grades can be viewed through Campus Connect&gt;Registration Options&gt;grade viewer or Academic transcript<\/p><h4>Current Course Offerings<\/h4><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/mysau.saumag.edu\/ICS\/Course_Search\/\">Course Schedule<\/a><\/li><li>Select the term, then select \u201cConcurrent\u201d under Undergraduate\/Graduate level then click find courses.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Juniors<\/h4><p>Check out our <a href=\"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/admissions\/campus-tours\/\">Preview days, Tours &amp; Touchdowns, &amp; Junior Scholars day<\/a><\/p><p>You can also schedule an individualized tour!<\/p><h4>Senior<\/h4><p>Come tour with us!<br \/>How to Schedule a Campus Tour at SAU for your student<br \/>At SAU, we pride ourselves on our personalized approach to campus tours. To take advantage of this program, you must contact the CE Director to be added to the priority housing-selection list by January 1st of the student\u2019s senior year.<\/p><h4>Textbooks<\/h4><p>Textbooks required for each course can be found in the course syllabus in Blackboard.<\/p><h4>How to become a Mulerider after high school graduation<\/h4><ol><li>No need to reapply for admission; you are already a Mulerider with us! You will need to email laurendodson@saumag.edu to let her know you are planning to attend SAU in the Fall after you graduate and what you want to major in.
